Health Tips of Guava leaves
- Choose a bright healthy Guava leaf.
- Wash it well
- Pat dry
- Soak it overnight in a glass of clean drinkable water
- a copper glass is preferable
- Close it with a loose lid
- The person suffering from high blood sugar levels must drink this water early in the morning on an empty stomach.
- The water is taken very slowly without gulping
- The person should avoid eating or drinking anything for an hour.
